Privacy notice

Cubedup Intel is operated by Cubedup Self Storage. This notice explains what the service collects and how it is used.

What we collect

• From your Google or Microsoft sign-in: your name, email address and the provider's account identifier. We do not receive your password.
• Deal data you enter or save from Claude: property details, financial inputs and the results the engine calculates.
• Activity records: when you sign in and when you create, update or save a deal. These records do not contain deal content.

Who can see your deal data

Deals belong to your firm workspace. People approved into your firm can see your firm's deals; a deal marked private is visible only to you. Cubedup administrators can see users, firms and counts of deals, but the service gives them no way to open another firm's deal content.

How it is stored

Data is stored with Cloudflare (Workers, D1 and KV), encrypted at rest and in transit. Sessions expire after seven days. Interest rates are fetched from the Federal Reserve Bank of St. Louis, the US Treasury and the Federal Reserve Bank of New York; no deal data is sent to them.

What we don't do

We do not sell personal or deal data, use it for advertising, or share it with other firms on the platform.

Your choices

You can delete deals you own at any time. To close your account or export your firm's data, write to john@cubedup.com.
