Cubedup Intel is available to people approved by Cubedup Self Storage. Access may be suspended or revoked at any time. Keep your sign-in account secure; you are responsible for activity under it.
Decision support only
Outputs are analytical estimates for acquisition decisions. They are not an appraisal, a broker opinion of value, a lending commitment, or legal, tax or investment advice. Verify every material figure against primary sources before relying on it.
Your data
You keep ownership of the deal data you enter. You grant Cubedup Self Storage the limited right to store and process it to provide the service, as described in the privacy notice. Do not upload material you are not permitted to share, including data received under a confidentiality agreement that prohibits it.
Acceptable use
Do not attempt to access another firm's data, probe or disrupt the service, or resell access.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, Cubedup Self Storage is not liable for decisions made using its outputs.
